Listen in as E’dee shares her experiences when she first started in Freestyle. E’dee explains how she when from being introduced to a label owner, auditioned, recorded and booked for a month, all within one week’s time. She also reveals how she went bankrupt even as she was a working artist.
E’dee informs us how her second go-around in Freestyle is now different. How she took total control of her career and manages her own bookings. How she is the one who decides which projects she will and won’t work on. She also shares how she avoids the traps of being used by both producers and promoters.
Finally, The Freestyle Club re-emphasizes the importance of protecting your name and your brand. E’dee talks about the extend she has gone to in order to protect her brand, her identiy, including taking legal action.
